Position: ISP Support Technician
Work desription: onShore Networks is currently seeking
an ISP Support Technician. This is an entry-level position
primarily focused on providing telephone support to
onShore's high-speed internet customers. You will be
responsible for setting up new users, providing basic
technical support, managing tickets, and escalating
issues per policy and procedure. This position is suitable
for someone looking to enter the technology field and
gain hands-on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge,
a desire to be a part of a fast-growing company, and
a flexible schedule. This is NOT your typical call center
job. Knowledge of Mac, Linux, and TCP/IP networks is
helpful, but not necessary. This is a full-time position
starting at $25,000 per year. Full benefits (medical,
dental, 401k) are provided, and there are opportunities
to earn additional bonuses.
